During the procedure for a tummy tuck, one of our doctors will make the appropriate incision depending on the technique that is chosen for your procedure. The upper abdominal skin is then pulled down and any excess skin will be trimmed. The incisions are then closed accordingly. Liposuction is often performed before and during the procedure.
